Nice fantasy, but there lots of laws and a few brazillion precedents that a government official acting in his official capacity cannot be held personally liable. Unless he does something overtly illegal - that would be illegal outside the courtroom as well - he's untouchable. And in his official capacity, IOW to sue the district court ... it literally would take an act of Congress. Sorry to shatter your dreams. |
