What Are We Talking About? - Stuck in Kimball's Web.       As you say it's difficult to read a judges mind, but the language in today's ruling (I've only skimmed it, really, and am mostly consdiering ruid's highlights) sure sounds like he's convinced that it ALL belongs to Novell - but is willing to listen to SCOX try to convince him otherwise before so ruling.     I'm really wondering if K might put SCOX to death then and there in his courtroom. (Order the trust before closing the trial. BTW would it be a trust at that time or just an order to pay Novell?)       -- TWZ
