SCO's proposed jury instructions

I've asked this before, but how far can BSF and their dogs go before their actions amount to contempt of court?

IANAL but I mean a "please reconsder" might be barely acceptable once, and maybe doing it several times is acceptable under procedure no matter how disrespectful I see it, but trying to convince the jury that their writ is judgment of matters already ruled upon as matters of law must go way beyond the pale.

I thought that as "officers of the court" lawyers had an obligation to work within the prior holdings of the court.
