My wildly oscillating tinfoil PIG on the Norris deal - this is Purely and only an exit strategy for Darl and Ralph. There's 2-5 mil in the pot, probably Ralph's (and he'll get much of it back) but otherwise SCO goes into a private holding corp which simply vanishes with no funds shortly after the sale is executed.
